Happy Citizenship Day!

Today, September 17, 2015 is Citizenship Day, a day set aside to celebrate being a citizen of the United States of America, the greatest country the world has ever seen. It’s a day to be proud to be an American!

Today is also Constitution Day which celebrates the day that the Constitutional Congress of the United States of America held its final meeting to sign the Constitution of the United States of America, a document for which they so painstakingly labored to create and perfect.  There are many people today who want to change our Constitution, but our forefathers thought through so many details and have reasons for each word in this document that works for the common good of all.

I love America and proud to be an American citizen.  I appreciate every person that had fought for our freedoms and encourage you to embrace our American principles and our Constitution that made this country great!
